You must fill out the application form in full to be considered as a vendor. From there we will email you if you have been accepted into the market.

Thank you so much for your interest in the Queen Bee Market. THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY OPEN TO RETURNING VENDORS RIGHT NOW. Applications will open to new vendors on JUNE 20, 2022.
This is a handmade and vintage market. We also allow food and drink vendors who have all their health permits in order. Please do not apply if you are NOT selling a handmade or personally designed product, vintage items, or food/drink items. If you are unsure if your business fits the handmade criteria please email us at info@thequeenbeemarket.com.
Acceptance to the market is based on the following:
-great handmade, vintage, or edible product
-overall fit with the other vendors and our aesthetic
-activity in social media and within the community
-unique product
-great booth presentation
This is an entirely new venue for us, so a number of things will be different. PLEASE READ. The CSUSM market will be a combination of an indoor and outdoor event. We have both a ballroom with approximately 70 booths, as well as a large courtyard area with approximately 30 10×10 or trailer booths. The booth information below will lay out prices and sizes for both areas. IF YOUR BOOTH IS OUTSIDE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LEAVE YOUR BOOTH OVERNIGHT, BUT WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PACK UP YOUR PRODUCT AT NIGHT. There is outside security, but there is not a perimeter fence or fully secure area. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
WE REQUIRE ALL INDOOR BOOTHS TO HAVE A BACK WALL AND HIGHLY ENCOURAGE SIDE WALLS. WE REQUIRE OUTDOOR POP-UP BOOTHS TO BE DECORATED IN A WAY THAT MAINTAINS THE QBM BOUTIQUE AESTHETIC. IT CAN NOT BE JUST A TENT, TABLE, AND VINYL SIGN. Please be as creative with your outdoor booth as you would expect to see at our market inside. We pride ourselves on the aesthetic of our market. 10×10 spaces are only offered outside and we highly discourage the use of pop-up tents inside the ballroom.
This is NOT a drive-in venue for those with ballroom booths. There is a loading dock and both regular and freight elevators, but you will not be able to drive your vehicle in for set-up or have an indoor booth that needs to be driven or towed.
